The Master thesis is based on a research project supported by a designated supervisor. The research project may cover a wide variety of topics and formats, ranging from experimental design and primary data collection to critical literature reviews. The topic must be relevant to international health and the overall theme of the Advanced Modules the student has completed.
The thesis work (data collection, supervision, submission and defense) may also be conducted at Khon Kaen University in Thailand, or the National Institute of Public Health in Mexico.
The Master's Thesis yields 20 ECTS credit points.
